A la carte coaching sessions are available as 30-minute one-on-one calls, purchased in bundles of 2, 4, or 6 sessions. You’ll have 90 days from the date of purchase to use your sessions, giving you flexibility to schedule what works best for you. -

Ongoing coaching includes weekly 45-minute one-on-one Zoom sessions, personalized goal-setting, and guided follow-through. You’ll receive downloadable PDFs for daily journaling, reflection, and goal tracking, so progress continues between sessions, not just during them.
This option offers deeper accountability, more structure, and space to address wellness holistically: physical, mental, and spiritual. Sessions build on each other week to week, allowing us to adjust, refine, and support real-life change as it happens.
